Anchor Marble Face High Polished Masonry Units are made from specially colored aggregates and color mix designs creating a high density, extremely smooth concrete masonry unit. Anchor manufactures its Marble Face High Polish units with specific aggregates to ensure that the process allows for the highest quality product possible. Anchor's state-of-the-art manufacturing process and custom designed molds ensure a sharp and tight face shell that, when polished, achieves the look and finish of terrazzo and marble.
After the manufacturing process, the masonry units are set for curing before they receive any post finishing.
Anchor's finishing process is a multi step process that not only grinds the face of the masonry unit but then passes the unit through a multi-stage polishing process to bring out the natural beauty and reflection of the aggregates that compose the unit.
