Anchor Concrete Product's Split Face Masonry Units are a structural
concrete masonry unit composed of specially colored aggregates and
color mix designs. The Split Face texture offers a more rugged stone
finish appearance. The Split face masonry unit is manufactured as
one large unit and, once cured, is then "split" in half.
Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities use a 4-way hydraulic
splitter process to ensure an even and consistent finish. This process
guarantees the splitting of the aggregate within the masonry unit,
a detail sometime over-looked, that makes a big difference in appearance
once the product in installed.
Anchor Split Face Masonry Units are available in a large selection
of sizes, shapes, face designs, and colors. Anchor's Split Face
Masonry Units can be combined with our Marble Face, Trendstone and
Trendstone Plus Ground Face Line, Mesa Stone line, and the Astra-Glazed
Masonry Unit product groups to enhance your building image without
impacting your construction budget.
Building Applications….
Because Anchor Split Face C.M.U.'s offer many face designs, it
allows creativity as well as durability. Most popular is a single
plain Split Face finish, followed by a 2 Rib Split Face unit, creating
two 8"x 8" panels within the unit itself. Also available
from Anchor are 3 Rib, 4 Rib. 6Rib, and the 8 Rib Split Face units.
The combination of Anchor Split Face units with Ribbed Split Face
units has been used in the design of many projects creating a unique
appearance.
Anchor Split Face Masonry Units can be used in both exterior and
interior applications…for Institutional projects, shopping
centers, industrial buildings, and both private and public projects.
