Weathered Face Masonry Units

Specifications | Installation Guidelines

Anchor's Weathered Face Masonry Units are one of the most economical means of adding color and aesthetic appeal to a project. Weathered Face Masonry Units exhibit a texture different from Anchor Ground Face, Split Face, or Split Ribbed product groups. These product lines provide a new, unique appearance to the look of a masonry building when used alone or in conjunction with other units. Available in the same sizes and shapes as standard block, Weathered Face products are available in our complete color range and Anchor's Flash Blend color program. Weathered Face Units offer a finish that will last a lifetime for your building.

Note: Contractors should work from multiple product pallets when using the Weathered Face colored units. Slight color range in this block may occur.

Durable Solutions...

These handsome and cost-efficient units are available in all of Anchor's Ground Face product line colors. All Weathered Face units provide finished load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls in a single trade, one step operation, saving you time and money. They provide the enduring beauty of natural colored aggregates and the solid permanence of masonry.

Add W.R. Graces Dry Block water repellent admixture into the Weathered Face Units, resulting in a wall that resists water absorption and enhances cleansability.

Building Applications...

Weathered Face Masonry Units can be used in exterior and interior applications. These units come in a standard 8"x 16" size, or you can request a center score to create an 8"x 8" appearance. Specify additional scores to achieve dimensional looks, or Anchor's Quik-Brik masonry units to permit even more design possibilities. Anchor's Weathered Face product line is also available in our Monumental Series for greater scale and a natural stone appearance, not achieved through traditional masonry construction.

Weathered Face Units offer the freedom of expression in design, through the use of a variety of colors, chamfers, bullnose, and special shapes.
